EqualityToledo is excited to announce its first “Hear Me Out” event at the The Toledo Museum of Art. In conjunction with TMA’s Localeyes program, “Hear Me Out” will feature 5-6 people who will tell their story next to a specific piece of artwork. The storytellers chose a work within the Museum that they connect with emotionally or relate to. EqualityToledo is happy to invite the Toledo community to listen to several personal stories from local LGBTQ members in the hopes of improving understanding, awareness, and empathy in the community.
