Rainbow Educational Program

Equality Toledo is proud to offer several training programs for businesses and organizations in Northwest Ohio and the surrounding areas. Our Rainbow Educational Program comes highly rated, and participants enjoy their learning experience. Equality Toledo’s training program is one of the best LGBTQ+ focused training programs in Northwest Ohio. We provide a variety of training related to LGBTQ+ care and education. Our Rainbow Educational Program offers opportunities to promote inclusion in your workplace, educate your employees on LGBTQ+ issues, and teach you ways to support the LGBTQ+ community. These trainings include overviews of important LGBTQ+ history, inclusive group exercises, informative handouts, and plenty of time for questions.

Our materials include summaries of our training curriculum, pricing scale, and printed materials for participants. These trainings are designed to take several hours; however, Equality Toledo happily works with interested organizations to curate a unique training experience for their staff.
