COMMUNITY CONNECTION & VENDOR
EVENT: FLAUNT: Saturday, November 16th, 2024 7 pm - 10:30 pm

We appreciate your interest in participating with Equality Toledo at our FLAUNT fashion fundraiser. Please see the attached information regarding community organization and vendor space registration and set-up.
Space/Booth Details
Being as we are an inside event we will not have tents. EQUALITY TOLEDO does not supply tables and chairs UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGMENTS ARE MADE. Equality Toledo has the final decision on placing all booths within the designated location. Please note this event is inside meaning that you must carry in and carry out any of your supplies. Please bring handcarts, if needed. We recognize that not all are able to do this and if so, this event may not be for you. NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED FROM BOOTHS DUE TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS. (pre-packaged candy is acceptable)
Power
Electrical cords are NOT available for community or vendor booths. You may bring your cords if you may need access to power.
Noise
We love music however, as a courtesy to other exhibitors, Equality Toledo reserves the right to limit amplified sound from your table.
Special Requests
All special requests must be included in this application, please add additional paper if necessary. Late requests have no guarantee of accommodation.
Cancellations
You may cancel your booth application at any time prior to the stated application deadline of Thursday, November 7th, 2024, and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the stated deadline will not be refunded.
