You may provide any tent or booth structure as long as it falls within the City of Toledo safety guidelines and fits within the space you have rented. Your tent must be weighted and secured 40 pounds per leg. EQUALITY TOLEDO does not supply tables and chairs UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGMENTS ARE MADE. Equality Toledo has final determination over the placement of all booths within designated location. Please note this event is a gated event meaning that you must carry in and carry out any of your supplies; no cars are allowed in the event. Please bring handcarts\, if needed.
