DESCRIPTION:Trans and Thriving Festival\nSeptember 30\, 2023 2-7pm\nUptown Green – 1904 Madison Ave\, Toledo OH \nJoin us for a fun-filled\, family-friendly day of celebration \nAt the Trans and Thriving festival\, we will have a bunch of vendors for you to check out. Health and Wellness vendors\, art vendors\, and everything in between. In addition to the vendors\, we will also have food and beverage trucks for you to enjoy. \nWe will have speakers from community organizations and performances throughout the day. \nWe will also have a memorial board for you to bring pictures and notes to remember loved ones we have lost. \nIf you are interested in being a vendor or performing\, please email info@equalitytoledo.org \n×Become a Vendor\nCOMMUNITY CONNECTION & VENDOR\nEVENT:Saturday\, September 30\, 2023LOCATION: Uptown Green – 1904 Madison Ave\, Toledo OH \nThank you for your interest in participating in Equality Toledo. Please see the attached information regarding community organization and vendor booth registration and set-up. \nSpace/Booth Details\nNo structure may exceed 15’ in height. You may provide any tent or booth structure as long as it falls within the City of Toledo safety guidelines and fits within the space you have rented. Your tent must be weighted and secured 40 pounds per leg. EQUALITY TOLEDO does not supply tables and chairs UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGMENTS ARE MADE. Equality Toledo has final determination over the placement of all booths within designated location. Please note this event is a gated event meaning that you must carry in and carry out any of your supplies; no cars are allowed in the event. Please bring handcarts\, if needed. We recognize that not all are able to do this and if so\, this event may not be for you.  NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED FROM BOOTHS DUE TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS. (pre-packaged candy is acceptable) \nPower\nElectricity is NOT available for community or vendor booths. You may bring your own battery power equipment. Gas-powered generators are not permitted due to noise and fume emissions. \nNoise\nWe love music however\, as a courtesy to other exhibitors\, Equality Toledo reserves the right to limit amplified sound from your booth. \nSpecial Requests\nAll special requests must be included in this application\, please add additional paper if necessary. Late requests have no guarantee of accommodation. \nCancellations\nYou may cancel your booth application at any time prior to the stated application deadline of Thursday\, August 1\, 2022 and receive a full refund.
